  • 1 tongs
  • 1 meat thermometer

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional Marinade

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Brush each steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
