Equipment

  • 1 grill preheated to medium-high
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden skewers soaked in water

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salmon Skewers

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon fillets skin removed and cut into cubes
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir until well mixed.
  • Place salmon cubes in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over salmon, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated salmon cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  • Place the salmon skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Storage

  • Place any leftover skewers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat gently before serving.
