  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi-grade tuna into small, bite-sized cubes. Place the cubed tuna into a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine lime juice, lemon juice, sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, and diced jalapeño in the bowl with the tuna. Stir gently to mix all ingredients together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix to ensure even seasoning.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the ceviche to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Once marinated, serve the ceviche in small bowls. Garnish with additional cilantro or slices of avocado if desired.
  • Consider serving with tortilla chips or fresh corn tortillas for added texture.
