  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds or nuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spray

Instructions

Preparation

  • Dip each piece of salmon into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, add crushed almonds to the breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the coated salmon nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serving

  • Serve the salmon nuggets hot with your choice of dipping sauces such as tartar sauce or honey mustard.

Storage

  • Place any leftover salmon nuggets in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before serving.
