Ingredients
  

Cure Mixture

  • 2 medium beets grated
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped

Salmon

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon fillet skin on

Serving
