Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Main Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the catfish fillets dry with a paper towel. Coat each fillet evenly with the seasoning mix.

Serving
